At the entrance there is the living room and the kitchen, where people usually place table and chairs, the sofa or the sofa bed. A sliding door separates the living room from bedrooms anf bathroom. There are two bedrooms with 5 beds. The bathroom is provided with washbasin, bidet, washing machine setting and a shower (90x90 cm wide).

On the outside there is a an additional shower placed in a discreet area, very useful when you come from the beach. Flats at first floor are 48 mq wide and have the same setting as the ground floor ones; they also have wider balconies on the three sides of the building.

These flats have some room at ground floor as well, there you can leave bicycles or any beach equipment just under the staircase. There is also a spigot for any need.

Every flat is provided with outdoor parking space.
