We have been building houses for years on the Conero Coast because we truly love this special place with its warm climate and its particular position between hills sea. We chose the Marcelli Lido for our building for its comfortable and welcoming positioning.

Marcelli is a good starting point for excursions on the most important town Ancona, it is also near the Falconara airport, from the highway and the main train stations. This village was a former fishers village, a peaceful place with all the comforts not only for tourists but also for the new inhabits who decide to settle here after having carefully evaluated the uniqueness of this strategic point.
